Clackamas High School Presents

Peter and the Starcatcher

Clackamas High School is delighted to present Peter and the Starcatcher, opening Friday, March 2nd at 7:00 pm. Peter and the Starcatcher (nominated for nine Tony Awards and winner of five) follows the journey a nameless orphan boy takes toward discovering his true self. Based on the novel by Dave Barry and Ridley Pearson, the fantastical, hilarious, fast-paced stage adaption stands on its own as a testament to imagination, the spectacular power of friendship, and the magic that is possible when we expose the hidden strengths within everyone!

Audiences will join our group of storytellers on a rip-roaring adventure filled with surprises and laughter. An orphan boy and his mysterious new friend, Molly, with the Lost Boys in tow, overcome sneaky pirates, mischievous thieves and a monstrous crocodile on their quest to keep a magical substance out of the hands of all the ne'er do well power mongers of the world. With the help of their friends, Peter and Molly work together to outsmart and outmaneuver the infamous “Black Stache”. The mad capped voyage is peppered with music as our heroes and their foes journey across the high seas and land on the whimsical Mollusk Island.

The spectacle sets sail on the high seas beginning March 2nd at 7:00 p.m for a limited run. Additional evening show dates are March 3rd, 9th and 10th at 7:00 p.m. Matinee performances are March 4th and 11th at 2:00 p.m.
